  • Progress tracking and completion certificates

  • Membership plans with varying levels of access

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create a user account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Membership and Subscriptions

Membership plans provide access to premium content on the Platform. By subscribing to a membership:

  • You agree to the billing terms for your selected plan (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime)
  • Monthly and Annual memberships auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Lifetime memberships provide permanent access with a single payment
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including videos, text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to TaiChiHarmonyHub. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or redistribute any content without written permission
  • Download, record, or capture video content for offline storage or redistribution
  • Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform
  • Use any content for commercial purposes without explicit authorization

Enrolled members may access course content for personal learning purposes only. Sharing login credentials or distributing content to non-members is strictly prohibited.

6. Products and Orders

When purchasing physical products through our Platform:

  • All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Orders are processed through PayPal's secure payment system
  • Shipping times and costs vary by destination (see product pages for details)
  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy
  • We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international orders

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any behavior that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on the rights of other users or third parties

Tai Chi instruction is for educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaiChiHarmonyHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms
